Backups & one-click restore

Every site has a Restore points section on the Files tab. Each restore point is a complete snapshot: all your files plus a full database dump.

Taking backups

• Back up now (free) — one click, any time, before anything risky.
• Daily backups (€4/mo) — automatic nightly snapshot, we keep a week.
• Automatic safety snapshots — before every restore (and before deploy migrations) we snapshot the current state, free.

Restoring

1. Pick a restore point → Restore → confirm.
2. We first snapshot the current state (so you can undo the undo), then roll your files and database back. Usually under a minute.

Downloading

Download gives you the full archive — your files plus db/mysql.sql (or pg.sql). It's your data; take it whenever you like.
