Everything about money lives in the portal under Plans & billing — no phone calls needed.
Plans
Switching plans is instant; the buttons show the monthly difference before you click, and Stripe prorates the remainder of the current period on your next invoice. Invoices and cards are managed in the billing portal (link on the same page).
Add-ons
Add-ons (extra sites, daily backups, mailboxes, storage) appear on the billing page with the exact site each one comes from, and a link to turn it off at the source. Removing the feature removes the charge from the next invoice.
Domains
Domains registered with us renew automatically (we email a receipt) unless you switch auto-renew off — then we remind you at 30 and 7 days, and the domain expires if you do nothing. You can transfer a domain away any time: the Domains page unlocks it and shows the transfer code.
Leaving
Cancel from the account page. Your data stays yours: download backups first, transfer your domain, and we tear down cleanly at period end.
